A smart weighing scale measures your weight and, depending on the model, estimates body composition metrics such as body fat, muscle, water, bone mass, visceral fat, and more. Your results sync to your phone through Bluetooth using the Fitdays / Fitdays+ app so you can track trends over time.

A body composition scale uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to estimate how your body is made up (fat mass, muscle mass, water content, etc.). It is designed for fitness and wellness tracking and helps you monitor progress beyond weight alone.

3) Are Hygets scales accurate?
Hygets scales are designed for consistent tracking. Accuracy depends on correct use (flat surface, consistent timing, proper profile settings). For best results, measure under similar conditions (same time of day, similar hydration, same placement).
Important: body composition readings are estimates and can vary with hydration, food intake, exercise, and menstrual cycle.

5) What is the difference between 4-electrode and 8-electrode scales?
- 4-electrode scales measure through the feet (lower-body measurement path).
- 8-electrode scales measure through hands + feet (full-body path), and support more advanced insights such as segmental analysis (arms, trunk, legs) and deeper reporting.

6) Do all models measure heart rate?
No. Heart rate and cardiac index are supported from N2/M2 and above.
The entry M1 does not include heart metrics.

No. Segmental analysis features are available on 8-electrode models only:
- N3 / M3 / N4
4-electrode models (M1, M2, N2) do not provide segmental analysis.
